How to Make It
The perfect bowl in four steps.
1. Sift one or two scoops of matcha into the bowl.
2. Add around 70ml of hot water, about 80°C rather than boiling.
3. Whisk briskly in a "W" motion until a fine foam forms.
4. Enjoy it as it is, or top up with warm milk for a latte.
Rinse the whisk after each use and rest it on its holder.
