Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom.

How much is delivery?

UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days and delivered within 7–14 working days of being placed. Delivery can take longer during busy periods such as Christmas.

Christmas delivery

Please order by 1 December to receive your order in time for Christmas. Orders placed after this date are sent as quickly as possible, but we can’t guarantee delivery before 25 December.

Tracking

We’ll email you a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. You can follow it on our Track Your Order page. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show updates.

Sending a gift

Just enter the recipient’s address at checkout. Each set arrives in its own gift box.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
