Refund policy

30-day returns

If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. Our 30-day returns window is in addition to this right.

How to start a return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number, and we’ll reply with return instructions. Please contact us before sending anything back, because we can’t process a return that arrives without an order number.

Return delivery

You pay the return postage, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described. In those cases, we cover the cost.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll put it right with a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different bowl colour, contact us and we’ll help you swap it.
